We are committed to quality teaching and research, always remembering that investment in research more than pays off in the society ultimately served by our University. We are also committed to an internationalized university and we strive for the virtualization of our studies. We are concerned about the employability of our students, so being aware that internships in companies are a solid bridge to recruitment in the labour market, we seek the continuous increase of agreements with companies.<\/h5>\nWe are an inclusive campus that is open to society and that bets on diversity, being aware that we must make our work more visible. Desde el Campus de Palencia de la Universidad de Valladolid, bienvenidas a todas aquellas personas que quieran acercarse a conocernos; que veng\u00e1is a conocer nuestras titulaciones y nuestros centros: la Escuela T\u00e9cnica Superior de Ingenier\u00edas Agrarias, la Facultad de Educaci\u00f3n y la Facultad de Ciencias del Trabajo, y nuestras estructuras investigadoras como el Instituto Universitario Forestal (IuFor) la C\u00e1tedra de Estudios de G\u00e9nero o la C\u00e1tedra de Micolog\u00eda.<\/p>
El compromiso con nuestro entorno, con nuestra ciudad y provincia, as\u00ed como la excelencia universitaria nos caracterizan, como demuestra sobradamente la trayectoria docente e investigadora \u2013referentes nacionales e internacionales en varias \u00e1reas- de nuestros docentes. Apostamos por la docencia de calidad y por la investigaci\u00f3n, recordando siempre que la inversi\u00f3n en investigaci\u00f3n revierte con creces en la sociedad a la que, en \u00faltimo extremo, presta servicio nuestra Universidad. Apostamos igualmente por una universidad internacionalizada y nos esforzamos en la virtualizaci\u00f3n de nuestros estudios. Nos preocupa la empleabilidad de nuestro alumnado por lo que siendo conscientes de que las pr\u00e1cticas en empresa son un puente s\u00f3lido hacia la contrataci\u00f3n en el mercado laboral, buscamos el incremento continuo de convenios con empresas.
